Processing Time
All orders are carefully prepared, inspected, and packaged before shipping. Please allow up to 2 weeks for processing before your order ships. During busy periods (holidays, sales events), processing may take slightly longer — we'll always aim to get your order out as quickly as possible.

Shipping Rates & Free Shipping
We offer free shipping on all orders over $275 CAD. Orders under this threshold are subject to a standard shipping fee, calculated at checkout based on your location.

Delivery Time
Delivery times vary depending on your location and shipping method selected at checkout. Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package's journey.

International Orders
We're happy to ship internationally! Please note that international orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by the destination country — these charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total. International delivery times may also be longer than domestic shipping due to customs processing.
